I am an MNU Certified Nutritionist and an IIN Health Coach, and I have made it my mission to help busy people to take ownership of their nutrition, rather than waiting for the “right moment” to reach their goals. 

I have been a corporate “busy bee” for almost 10 years and every day of my professional life I have been surrounded by severely dehydrated, overly-caffeinated and poorly nourished people…and I was one of them!

And every day of my professional life I have heard someone say:

“Yeaaah I should really start eating better/lose weight/exercise regularly but I don’t have time, I travel a lot and all these clients dinners…I guess I’ll just wait until it calms down

“There is so much temptation at work I can’t even start, I have ZERO discipline

“I eat when I am stressed, I won’t be able to lose weight unless I change my job!”

I use an evidence based approach, whilst simplifying nutrition to empower my clients with the right knowledge, so that they can be prepared for any occasion life throws at them, without falling for the latest fad!
