Unpopular truth: Nutrition talks can be very boring
We all know the deal: vegetables are good, Dominos is bad.
Despite the effort of finding the best expert on the market, the fanciest brand and the coolest workshop, employers might get hit with very low engagement from employees.
Do you know why no one wants to hear another “how to boost your energy at work”, “how to eat healthy”, “tips and tricks on how to fill your plate”? Because these are not relatable to the environment they get delivered into.
It’s all good and important on paper but how do you put this into practice? How do you teach your employees to be thriving and healthy whilst being super busy, traveling extensively, going from not having time to sit down for lunch to three client events a week?
My philosophy with both individual and corporate clients is flexibility: everything is tailored specifically to your company and your executives. I spend time analyzing your company structure, culture, and geographical area to find easy solutions and fully bespoke suggestions, from the best places to grab a quick lunch, to menu analysis of the most popular restaurants in the area, to a canteen audit to offer your employees better options.
My talks take a different approach: I engage employees by busting myths they hear all the time, I talk about food and health in settings they see every day, I help them navigate the challenges of their everyday lives when it comes to nutrition.
Being certified in nutrition and health coaching I am able to offer a wide variety of services that best suit your needs, and give a structure to your corporate wellness program:
– corporate talks
– seminar series
– menu/canteen audits
– workshops
And many more.
